Yext tab
The Yext tab shows performance data from your Yext-managed business listings, including listing health scores, impressions, customer actions, and review metrics.
When you’d use this
Section titled “When you’d use this”Open this tab when you want to see how your business listings are performing across directories managed by Yext, check your listing health score, or review incoming ratings and reviews.
Getting there
Section titled “Getting there”Go to Reports in the sidebar and select the Yext tab.
Key metrics
Section titled “Key metrics”| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total Impressions | How many times your Yext-managed listings appeared across all directories. |
| Profile Views | The number of times someone viewed one of your Yext listings. |
| Customer Actions | Total actions taken on your listings — website visits, direction requests, calls, etc. |
| Phone Calls | Calls tracked through your Yext listings. |
| New Reviews | Reviews received during the selected period. |
| Avg Rating | Your average star rating across all Yext-managed listings. |
| Listing Health | A percentage score reflecting how complete and live your listings are. Shows the number of active listings out of the total managed. |
Rating Distribution
Section titled “Rating Distribution”A breakdown of your review ratings by star level (5 through 1), showing the percentage of reviews at each rating.
If Yext isn’t connected
Section titled “If Yext isn’t connected”When Yext isn’t set up for your account, the tab shows sample data with a note that it isn’t your actual results. Contact your agency to get Yext connected.
