Dashboard overview
Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to CyberMark. It gives you a high-level snapshot of your marketing performance in one place.
When you’d use this
Section titled “When you’d use this”Open your dashboard any time you want a quick read on how your marketing is doing across platforms and locations.
What’s on the dashboard
Section titled “What’s on the dashboard”When you log in, you land on your dashboard at /client/dashboard. The page is organized into four sections:
- KPI cards — A row of cards across the top showing your key metrics: spend, clicks, impressions, leads, conversions, and ROAS. Each card includes a comparison to the previous period so you can spot trends at a glance.
- Spend trend chart — A chart below the KPI cards that shows how your ad spend has changed over the selected date range.
- Active projects — A list of projects your agency is currently working on for your account.
- Account health — Alerts and status indicators covering retainer renewals, retainer balance, open support tickets, and recent activity.
Filtering your view
Section titled “Filtering your view”Two selectors at the top of the dashboard let you control what data you see:
- Date range selector — Choose a preset range (last 7 days, last 30 days, etc.) or set a custom range. All KPI cards and the spend trend chart update to reflect your selection.
- Location selector — If your account covers multiple locations, use this to view data for a specific location or all locations combined.
Connected platforms
Section titled “Connected platforms”Your dashboard pulls data from the platforms your agency has connected to CyberMark, such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and WhatConverts. If a platform hasn’t been connected yet, data from that platform won’t appear on your dashboard. Contact your agency if you expect to see data that’s missing.
