Invoice details
The invoice detail view breaks down a single invoice into its individual line items, so you can see what each charge covers.
When you’d use this
Section titled “When you’d use this”Open an invoice’s detail view when you want to understand what services or work are included in a specific bill.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”When you click an invoice from the Billing page, the detail view opens and shows:
- Invoice date and total amount at the top.
- Line items listed below, each with:
- Description — The service or work performed.
- Quantity — How many units of that service are included.
- Amount — The charge for that line item.
Reviewing your charges
Section titled “Reviewing your charges”Scan the line items to confirm the work matches what you expected. If something looks unfamiliar or incorrect, reach out to your agency team directly or submit a support request.
