Yext
The Yext integration pulls listing performance data from your Yext-managed business listings and surfaces it in the Yext tab of the Reports section.
What Yext tracks
Section titled “What Yext tracks”Yext manages your business listings across dozens of directories (Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, etc.) and provides analytics on how those listings perform:
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total Impressions | How many times your listings appeared across all Yext-managed directories. |
| Profile Views | How many people viewed one of your Yext listings. |
| Customer Actions | Total actions taken — website visits, direction requests, phone calls, etc. |
| Phone Calls | Calls tracked through your Yext listings. |
| New Reviews | Reviews received during the period. |
| Avg Rating | Your average star rating across Yext-managed listings. |
| Listing Health | Percentage of your listings that are live and complete. |
