Filtering and sorting leads
Use filters and sorting to find specific leads quickly instead of paging through the full list.
When you’d use this
Section titled “When you’d use this”Use filters when you want to focus on a specific time period, lead type, or location. Use sorting to change the order leads appear in the list.
Filtering leads
Section titled “Filtering leads”Click the filter controls above the leads list to narrow your results. You can filter by:
- Date range — select a start and end date to see only leads from that period
- Lead type — show only phone calls, form submissions, or chats
- Location — if you have multiple locations, show leads for a specific one
![]()
You can combine filters. For example, you can view only phone call leads from a specific location within the last 30 days.
Sorting leads
Section titled “Sorting leads”Use the sort controls to change how leads are ordered. You can sort by:
- Date — newest or oldest first
- Type — group leads by phone call, form, or chat
- Source — group leads by where they originated
By default, leads are sorted by date with the newest leads first.
Filters persist during your session
Section titled “Filters persist during your session”Your active filters stay in place as you navigate between leads and return to the list. If you leave the Leads page and come back during the same session, your filters will still be applied.
