Projects and milestones
The Projects page lists the jobs your agency is working on for you, broken down into individual tasks and milestones so you can follow progress at a glance.
When you’d use this
Section titled “When you’d use this”Visit this page when you want to check the status of a project, see which tasks are complete, or confirm upcoming milestone dates.
Viewing your projects
Section titled “Viewing your projects”Navigate to /client/projects to see all of your active projects. Each project card shows:
- Project title — The name of the job.
- Status — The current state of the project (e.g., In Progress, On Hold, Complete).
- Tasks — A list of individual tasks within the project, each with its own completion status.
- Milestones — Key dates or deliverables that mark major progress points in the project.
Tracking task completion
Section titled “Tracking task completion”Each task within a project shows whether it is not started, in progress, or complete. This gives you a clear picture of how much work remains and what your agency team is currently focused on.
Monitoring milestones
Section titled “Monitoring milestones”Milestones represent significant checkpoints in a project, such as a launch date, a review deadline, or a deliverable handoff. Milestone dates help you plan around key moments in the project timeline.
