What are brand groups?
A brand group is a franchise-level umbrella that connects multiple CyberMark accounts so you can see performance data across all of them in one place.
When you’d use this
Section titled “When you’d use this”Refer to this page if you manage a franchise system, chain, or other multi-account organization and want to understand how CyberMark organizes your data.
How brand groups work
Section titled “How brand groups work”A brand group ties together the individual CyberMark accounts that belong to one franchise or organization. For example, if you operate “Acme Franchise System” with 50 franchisee accounts, your brand group rolls up data from all 50 into a single view.
Each member account within the brand group still operates independently — it has its own locations and team members. The brand group adds a layer on top that lets authorized users see aggregated data without switching between accounts one by one.
Who can see brand group data
Section titled “Who can see brand group data”If you are a Brand Admin on a brand group, you can:
- View rolled-up KPIs and reports across every member account.
- Drill into individual accounts when you need detail.
- Switch between the rollup view and any single account.
Other roles (Owner and Viewer) see only the accounts and locations they’ve been granted access to.
