Managing locations
Locations represent the physical or logical business units within your account, such as stores, offices, or service areas.
When you’d use this
Section titled “When you’d use this”Refer to this page when you need to understand how locations affect the data you see in dashboards and reports, or when you want to know how location access is determined.
What is a location?
Section titled “What is a location?”Each location in your account represents a distinct part of your business. Your account might have a single location or dozens, depending on how your agency has set things up. Common examples include:
- Individual store or office branches.
- Geographic service areas.
- Distinct business lines operating under one brand.
Location settings
Section titled “Location settings”Every location can have its own:
- Timezone — Controls how dates and times appear in reports and dashboards for that location.
- Currency — Sets the currency used to display spend, revenue, and other monetary values.
These settings ensure that the data you see is relevant to each location’s context.
Filtering by location
Section titled “Filtering by location”Throughout CyberMark, you can filter dashboards, reports, and lead views by location. Use the Location selector at the top of the page to:
- View data for a single location.
- View all locations combined for an aggregated picture.
