Google Business Profile

The Google Business Profile (GBP) integration brings your local presence data into CyberMark.

Refer to this page when you want to understand what Google Business Profile data is available in your CyberMark account and how it gets there.

Google Business Profile connects through Google OAuth. During setup, you (or your agency) authorize CyberMark to read your business profile data. Once connected, data syncs automatically every 6 hours.

The GBP integration pulls the following metrics:

Metric What it means
Views Number of times your business profile was viewed on Google Search and Maps.
Searches Number of times your business appeared in search results.
Actions Total interactions users took on your profile (clicks to website, calls, direction requests).
Direction Requests Number of times users requested driving directions to your business.
Phone Calls Number of times users tapped the call button on your profile.
