Google Analytics 4
The Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration brings your website traffic and engagement data into CyberMark.
When you’d use this
Section titled “When you’d use this”Refer to this page when you want to understand what GA4 data is available in your CyberMark account and how it gets there.
How it connects
Section titled “How it connects”GA4 connects through Google OAuth. During setup, you (or your agency) authorize CyberMark to read your GA4 property data. Once connected, data syncs automatically every 6 hours.
What data comes in
Section titled “What data comes in”The GA4 integration pulls the following metrics:
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sessions | Number of visits to your website. |
| Users | Number of unique visitors during the selected period. |
| Pageviews | Total number of pages viewed across all sessions. |
| Engagement | Engagement rate and engagement time, reflecting how actively users interact with your site. |
Computed metrics
Section titled “Computed metrics”CyberMark calculates the following from the raw data:
| Metric | How it’s calculated |
|---|---|
| Bounce Rate | Percentage of sessions where the user left without interacting. A lower bounce rate generally indicates more relevant content. |
