Google Analytics 4

The Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration brings your website traffic and engagement data into CyberMark.

Refer to this page when you want to understand what GA4 data is available in your CyberMark account and how it gets there.

GA4 connects through Google OAuth. During setup, you (or your agency) authorize CyberMark to read your GA4 property data. Once connected, data syncs automatically every 6 hours.

The GA4 integration pulls the following metrics:

Metric What it means
Sessions Number of visits to your website.
Users Number of unique visitors during the selected period.
Pageviews Total number of pages viewed across all sessions.
Engagement Engagement rate and engagement time, reflecting how actively users interact with your site.

CyberMark calculates the following from the raw data:

Metric How it’s calculated
Bounce Rate Percentage of sessions where the user left without interacting. A lower bounce rate generally indicates more relevant content.
